Emerging Leader Certificate: First time attendees complete this program which focuses on how leadership plays a critical role in groups and teams.
Engaged Leader Certificate: Second year students and club leaders participate in this program focusing on how individual beliefs, traits and characteristics can influence our leadership style and decisions.
