Help Desk & Ticketing System Information

IT Helpdesk is a one-place technology resource for GBCC students, faculty and staff relating to all technical questions, support and guidance.

CCSNH 24/7/365 Helpdesk Support portal can be accessed via chat, email and phone with the following methods:

Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM-5:00PM
Friday: 8:00AM-4:00PM

If no one answers the phone, please leave a voicemail which will automatically generate a ticket. (Make sure to include your Name, CCSNH Email, ID #, Brief request information.)

All resources like SIS, Canvas, ZOOM, NAVIGATE, DegreeWorks, Email, Office 365 Apps are accessed through http://portal.ccsnh.edu with your EasyLogin and authenticating through MFA.
